Adjuster Relations Liaison named by BCMG

Elizabeth Taylor, in addition to other duties, has assumed the position of "Adjuster Relations Liaison" at BCMG. As such, BCMG adjusters in the field are encouraged to contact Elizabeth with any non-claims file related issues that they are having ( illness, family issues, personal issues, etc.) that may affect the adjuster's availability to accept new assignments, timeliness in completing assignments, etc. Elizabeth can be reached at etaylor@brownclaims.com or at 1-800-364-1554 M-F 8:30am-5:00pm (CST). She will discuss these issues with adjusters and provide a constructive manner for working through these situations with our BCMG adjuster management team. In so doing, our adjuster management team will better be able to focus on technical, reporting, and quality control issues. Please give Elizabeth a call if she can be of assistance.
